This brochure presents the impact of the British Council’s People to People programme in 2023–2025, showcasing projects delivered in collaboration with partners across Latvia. From education to arts, culture and civic participation, the initiatives highlighted demonstrate different approaches to building understanding and trust.
Through these projects, more than 81,000 participants – including young people, educators, community and civil society leaders and creatives – have developed skills, built connections and contributed to positive change in their communities.
